Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe arrived at the President’s official Residence down Paget Road, Colombo, for the second round of discussions, a short while ago.
This is the second meeting held, consecutively, with regards to reach a final stance on the no-confidence motion, which will be taken up tomorrow (4 April) at Parliament.
Prime Minister and the President, together with the UNP high-rankers met last night (2 April) as well, where the President was informed of the stratagem for the next 10 months.
Meanwhile, the Sri Lanka Freedom Party Parliamentary Group is expected to meet the Prime Minister today, requesting him to step down from his position.
