Court to decide on bail application of bond scam suspects Arjun Aloysius and Kasun Palisena on October 11
The Court of Appeal Wednesday stated that the decision on the revision bail application filed by the bond scam suspects Arjun Aloysius and Kasun Palisena will be announced on October 11.
The revision petition filed by the former director of Perpetual Treasuries Limited Arjun Aloysius and former CEO Kasun Palisena with the Court of Appeals seeking bail was reconsidered today (July 18) by the two judge bench of Chairman Preethi Padman Surasena and Justice Shiran Gunaratne.
The lawyers of the petitioners and the respondents concluded their statements today.
