United Peoples Freedom Alliance (UPFA) Parliamentarian Sanath Nishantha and his brother have been remanded over an alleged assault on the Arachchikattuwa Pradeshiya Sabha Chairman Jagath Samantha Perera.
The Chilaw High Court ordered that Sanath Nishantha and his brother be remanded till May 25 over the incident.
