The Bribery Commission of Sri Lanka today (15) withdrew all charges against Mr Sajin de Vass Gunawardena.
The case was filed against Mr Gunawardana by the then Director General Dilrukshi Wickremsinghe.
A revision was filed in the High Court by Mr Sajin de Vass Gunawardena.

At the juncture when objections were to be filed the Bribery Commission withdrew all charges filed against Mr Vaas Gunawardana.
This case was filed under section 70 of the Bribery Act, Corruption. Case no: RC 121 —- High Court
