Separately in terms of the people’s safety and the protection of assets, the Metropolitan Police have announced 10th November 23, that an extra 1,000 officers will be deployed over this weekend in London due to the expectation of heightened security concerns.
Compare this with the Easter Tragedy: despite receiving intelligence (as opposed to information) two weeks prior to the Easter bombings the Sri Lanka authorities did not give the public any information whatsoever of an impending security situation for that Easter weekend.
