PUCSL introduces hotline to submit consumer complaints regarding electricity bills

The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka has introduced a hotline and an online platform for the consumers to submit their complaints with regard to electricity bills.

The Commission’s Director of Corporate Communications Mr Jayanat Herat said public complaints can be lodged by calling 0112 392 607 or via WhatsApp/ Viber/ IMO at 0770 126 253.

He added that the Commission has so far received nearly 700 complains from electricity consumers concerning their bills.
