The petition filed by Chitrangani Wijeweera, the wife of the former JVP leader Rohana Wijeweera requesting an order to demand the government to produce the missing Rohana Wijeweera was rejected by the Supreme Court yesterday, challenging the order given from the Court of Appeal.
At the failure to present reasonable grounds by the petitioner to proceed the dismissal of the petition was ordered by the Court of Appeal last year while the Supreme Court ruled that there was no error in this order.
