A family of 3 has been placed in isolation after being struck by betel spit from a Covid-19 infected person in Balangoda.
A Covid-19 infected woman from Balangoda is reported to have spat betel from the window of the bus which had splattered on the family on the motorcycle who were traveling parallel to the bus.
The motorcyclist who is a driver attached to the Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) and had filed a complaint with the Police through the emergency hotline.
