United National Party (UNP) leader MP Ranil Wickremesinghe has filed a petition with the Court of Appeal seeking the recommendations made against him by the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to probe incidents of political victimization, be made void.
Chairman of the PCoI Retired Supreme Court Judge Upali Abeyratne, the two other commissioners, the Secretary of the Commission, and Secretary to the President P. B. Jayasundara were named as respondents in the case.
