Parliamentarian Rishad Bathiudeen, along with his wife and father-in-law have been further remanded till 17 September by the Colombo Magistrate’s Court today.
The trio was remanded over the death of a 16-year-old girl who was employed at the MP’s residence.
The parliamentarian’s brother-in-law and the broker who had brought the girl to Colombo for employment were released on bail.
