Water supply to Colombo 12, 13, 14 and 15 was interupted due to a water supply pipeline rupture, the National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) said.
They also said water supply will be on low pressure to Colombo 1 area.
The NWSDB said repair works are in progress and the water supply is expected to be restored by 6.00 am on Friday.
