Police Special Task Force (STF) personnel arrested a suspect transporting 130kg of Kerala Cannabis in a car in Mannar.
The haul of Kerala ganja is estimated to be worth around Rs 6.5 million and was seized following a raid carried out based on a tip-off from the Sri Lanka Navy.
