The group of French Navy personnel who arrived in Sri Lanka yesterday (07 Jun) will tour the Yala National Park today (08 Jun).
The group was granted the opportunity at the request of the French Embassy in Sri Lanka from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dhammika Wijayasinghe, the Director-General of the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) said.
The visit to the Yala National Park will be conducted under the bio-bubble concept, the Department of Wildlife stated.

101 members of the French Navy will visit the Yala National Park, while 86 will visit the Udawalawe National Park, and 235 will tour the Habrana area.
