The Sri Lanka Police has requested three wheel drivers to be vigilant during the night as they could be boarded by criminals posing to be passengers.
A three wheeler had been robbed in Anuradhapura by two suspects who had boarded it during the night, said the Police Media Spokesman Senior DIG Ajith Rohana.
One of the suspects involved in the robbery has been identified as a 28-year-old from Anita byway and was arrested by the Anuradhapura Police, while further investigations are being carried out the other suspect.
