Arjun Aloysius, Director of W.M. Mendis and Company Ltd, and two others have been sentenced to six months’ imprisonment for defaulting VAT amounting to Rs. 3.5 billion.
The order was delivered by Colombo Additional Magistrate Bandara Ilangasinghe.
