The All Ceylon Health Trade Union Federation has withdrawn from their duties effective from 7.00 am until 12.00 noon Friday (11).
Medical Laboratory Professionals’ association, Government Nursing Officers’ Association, Public Health Inspectors’ Union (PHIU), Family Health Service Officers’ Association, and several other health trade unions have joined the token strike.
Emergency and essential services would be provided to Covid-19 infected patients despite their trade union action, said Saman Rathnapriya, the Head of Government Nursing Officers’ Association.
Meanwhile, Divisional Secretaries, Grama Niladharis, and Samurdhi, and Development Officers in the Colombo District have withdrawn from their Covid-19 vaccination duties.

2.Kirula D4 MOH office go to Sithumina Hall at Mugalan Rd
