It has been decided to utilize prison inmates will help in the process of manufacturing and production of organic fertilizer, said the State Minister of Prisons and Prisoners’ Rehabilitation, Lohan Ratawatte.
The program will begin tomorrow (26) at the Batticaloa Prison.
