Six people have been found unconscious in a beauty salon in Mirigama.
The owner of the salon, 3 employees and 2 brides who were being dressed for the homecoming ceremony have fainted and later hospitalized.
They are reportedly not in a critical condition.
Preliminary investigations revealed that a generator placed outside near the air conditioner unit may have caused toxic gas to spread inside the building which resulting in them falling unconscious.
