A group of several armed men had arrived on motorcycles and attacked another group in Selvapuram of Kopay, Jaffna last night injuring seven and damaging a few vehicles at the scene over a personal dispute.
The injured have been admitted to the Jaffna Hospital while the attackers are said to have fled after the incident.
A car and a three-wheeler have been damaged in the attack.
