An interim injunction, preventing the implementation of the delimitation gazette notification, was issued by the Court of Appeal.
The injunction was issued with regard to the holding of local government elections by the Minister of Provincial Councils and Local Government, until December 4.
The Court of Appeal issued this order after considering a petition filed by six voters.
