Investigations into the death of the 09 year old girl from Atalugama has been handed over to the CID, Police Spokesman announced.
The body of the nine-year-old girl who went missing on Friday was found yesterday in a marshy area behind her house at Atulugama in Bandaragama.
President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has pledged that swift action will be taken to apprehend the suspects who murdered the innocent girl from Atalugama.
