The ticket counters at the Ragama railway station were closed this morning after one of the station masters being infected with COVID after he was tested positive, the Sri Lanka Railways Station Masters’ Union (SLRSMU) said.
They said several employees at the station were found with fever, so the ticket counters at the station were closed.
The union said that relief officers to cover duties at the station will be sent today.
