ASPI broke the 13000 point mark ASPI up another 276 points or 2.16% ,the more liquid S&P SL20 index up 2.36% or 103 points on a massive 15.5 billion turnover. A change of ownership in SIEIRRA cables by LoLC led Browns group all contributed to an excellent performance at the CSE yesterday. The quick upside of around 1000 points whithin the last 5 days may see a little pullback but it may not even be noticed other than in some individual counters. So the indication as per current trends is that CSE is expecting very good corporate results that will be the best ever for a reporting quarter above the 110 billion reported last July/Sep quarter .
Cable sector may see added activity with Browns group taking more control of Sierra Cables. Tile Rubber Palm Real Estate and Health care together with the well managed Finance companies will drive the mkt in the near term.
Hayleys, Sunshine, Richard groups will see activity due to the plantation and logistics related companies.
