Sri Lanka Paralympic athlete Dinesh Priyantha won Sri Lanka their first gold medal after a record breaking performance at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics.
Priyantha set the new World Record in the Men’s F46 Javelin Throw with a distance of 67.79m claiming gold.
He won a bronze medal for Sri Lanka in the Rio Paralympic Games in 2016.
