These awards confirm our belief of the importance of providing them what they need to progress and become successful among their peers and not what is perceived as only company requirements.”
Explaining the company’s solid track record in delivering improved sales and employee productivity, Mirando noted, “We continuously impress upon the need to provide our staff with vital skills development, theory plus practical. We have created a compelling sales development programme and our training is based on ownership by the sales team members, who themselves propose and discuss their needs for development and true mindset change. Our pride remains on customer satisfaction even after the sale is made and this important transformation can only be achieved through targeted training.”

The awards to honour and endorse the best sales professionals attracted a record 700 entries from 22 industries including several companies competing for the first time.
