Sri Lankan Government has decided to pay an addition of Rs. 20/- for US dollar converted into rupees by overseas Sri Lankan workers.
The Finance Ministry announced that the decision was taken in view of the Sinhala & Tamil New Year.
According to sources, the amount will be paid in addition to the current US dollar rate of Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
