Secretary to the Ministry, Nihal Rupasinghe said that the ministry has reached this conclusion after recent experiments, which were carried out in this regard.
He added that the Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau. has been carrying out experiments on a day-to-day basis to verify this situation.
