Following the request for a transfer, DIG of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) W. Thilakaratne has been transferred, Police spokesman confirmed.
DIG Nuwara Eliya Prasad Ranasinghe has been appointed as the new DIG of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
