In his complaint, Oshala Herath says Diana Gamage holds British Citizenship and issuing a diplomatic passport to her is a violation of Sri Lanka’s Immigrants and Emigrants Act.

Pointing out the abuse of powers in this regard, Oshala Herath has requested the Bribery Commission to conduct an investigation into the matter.
