The number of positive cases from the Ceylon Fishery Harbour Corporation (CFHC) increased to 39 after more PCR tests were conducted.
According to the local PHI, more than 300 PCR tests were done on employees and officials after several drivers of the Corporation tested positive for the virus last week.
Ada Derana reported that employees and officials including the General Manager of the CFHC who were the close contacts of the infected were informed to place themselves under self-quarantine.
