The Interim Injunction preventing legal action against former Secretary of Defence, Gotabhaya Rajapaksa, under Public Property Act, has been extended until December 15.
Judges K.T.B.B Dehideniya, President of Court of Appeal and Shiran Gunaratne decided to extend the Interim order. Accordingly, the petition will be taken in court on December 15.
