The first service of St. Sebastian’s Church in Katuwapitiya, which became one of the targets of the series of terror bombings on Easter Sunday, was held last evening (09).
The service was conducted under the patronage of His Eminence Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith.
The victims who were injured in the attacks and the relatives of those who were killed had participated in this special service held in an open area outside of the church.
St. Sebastian’s Church in Katuwapitiya was reopened after 18 days since the barbaric terror attacks on April 21st.
