Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekara has urged Petrol vehicle owners not to remain in fuel queues for the next 3 days.
Minister said that current CPC Petrol stocks are very limited and will be only supplied for essential services.
Minister said that Lanka IOC has some petrol stocks and the ministry has requested Lanka IOC to release more Petrol to the market.
He added that Petrol distribution could be normalised after 23rd as a Petrol ship is expected by then.
Minister said that CPC has enough stocks of Diesel with them and the supply has now being increased.
