The no-confidence motion signed by the Samagi Janabalawegaya MPs against the Minister of Energy Udaya Gammanpila will be handed over to the Parliament Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena on Tuesday (22), said the Chief Opposition Whip Lakshman Kiriella.
