President Maithripala Sirisena has summoned the 41 SLFP MPs in the UPFA for a discussion this morning.
The President has convened the meeting at 10 a.m.
Sirisena is expected to discuss the position of the SLFP in the aftermath of the defeat of the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe in parliament last night.
