Ranil Wickremesinghe In Uganda To Represent Sri Lanka At NAM Summit

Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe reached Kampala, Uganda today to attend the 19th Heads of State Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).

 

19th Summit of the Heads of State and Government of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), a two-day conference, scheduled for January 19 and 20, will host leaders from 120 member states under the theme “Deepening Cooperation For Shared Global Affluence”

 

Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) was officially founded in 1961 drawing on the Bandung Principles, and Such principles were adopted later as the main goals and objectives of the policy of non-alignment.
