The lease agreement for the Independence Arcade which was under the Urban Development Authority has been handed over to Softlogic Holdings PLC under a 10-year- lease agreement.
Softlogic Holdings PLC has been granted the management, barring ownership, of the shopping complex.
As the shopping complex is located in a central point in Colombo the Company intends on developing it into a luxury mall. said Ashok Pathirage, Chairman of Softlogic Holdings PLC.
