A suspect has been arrested at the Katunayake airport for illegally carrying a consignment of `0,800 illegal foreign cigarettes valued at Rs.650,000 following his arrival from Dubai.
The suspect is a resident of Paranthan, Kilinochchi aged 26 years old.
