11 people infected with the Delta variant of the Covid-19 virus have been discovered within the Colombo city limits in the past few days, the Cheif Medical Officer of the Colombo Municipal Council, Dr Ruwan Wijemuni said.
Dematagoda, Maligawatta & Colombo North areas could be high-risk areas for the Delta variant as patients were found, Dr Wijemuni noted.
