Since its launch, AI Mart has expanded considerably. The platform now hosts a growing portfolio of AI applications covering legal research, taxation, business intelligence, education, document analysis, news aggregation, price comparison, image generation, video creation, and Sinhala-language AI services. Notable solutions available through the marketplace include LankaLAW, LankaTax, LankaBIZ, Chat2Find, ExamPazz, NewsDive, Cheap2Find, Apilage AI, and Less Search.
According to information published on the platform, AI Mart has attracted more than 22,000 visitors, demonstrating increasing demand for specialized AI tools in Sri Lanka. The marketplace operates on a credit-based model, allowing users to pay only for the AI services they consume rather than committing to expensive monthly subscriptions.
A major milestone in AI Mart’s development came in early 2026 with the introduction of advanced Text-to-Image and Text-to-Video generation capabilities. These tools were added to meet growing demand from content creators, educators, marketers, businesses, and media professionals seeking affordable generative AI solutions. The expansion positioned AI Mart as one of the few local platforms offering creative AI services alongside professional and business-focused applications.
The platform’s growth continued in March 2026 with the launch of the official AIMart mobile application on the Google Play Store. The mobile app brought the marketplace’s suite of AI tools directly to Android users, enabling access to legal research, tax guidance, educational support, business intelligence, document analysis, and creative AI tools from a single application.
Industry observers note that AI Mart’s significance extends beyond being a marketplace.
