Police Spokesperson, Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Ajith Rohana stated that cases were filed against nearly 1,900 individuals who violated quarantine regulations and more cases will be filed against violators in the days to come.
2,044 individuals have been taken into custody since 30.10.2020, DIG Rohana said added.
