An Assistant Agriculture Director, an Agriculture Instructor and two female suspects have been arrested by the Criminal Investigation Division (CID) for issuing fake quarantine certificates to released a stock of dried areca nut from the customs last year, Police Media Spokesperson DIG Ajith Rohana said.
