The Colombo Fort Magistrate Court once again ordered the Criminal Investigations Department to arrest the Chief of Defence Staff Rear Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne and produce him before Court immediately.
The order was issued by Colombo Fort Magistrate Ranga Dissanayake yesterday.
Rear Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne is suspected of allegedly assisting the chief suspect in the case, Lieutenant Commander Prasad Hettiarachchi, accused of the abduction of 11 youth between 2008-2009, to flee the country.

Colombo Fort Magistrate Ranga Dissanayake accused the CID of failing to arrest the Rear Admiral on three previous occasions.
The Magistrate has meanwhile informed that a case will be filed against the CID if they fail to adhere to the orders issued by Court.
