Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa has accused former minister Basil Rajapaksa for trying to buy MPs.
“Cheap power is when you have to buy it. @RealBRajapaksa stop trying to buy MPs. @sjbsrilanka MPs NOT FOR SALE. If you manage to buy the others beware of damaged goods.” Opposition Leader tweeted.
Earlier today MP Wimal Weeravansa also accused former minister Basil Rajapaksa for trying to win MPs by offering them benefits and ministerial positions.
