Consultant Anesthesiologist Dr. Asoka Gunaratne has stepped down from the Covid-19 Technical Committee of the Ministry of Health becoming the third expert to resign from the committee.
Previously, Dr. Ananda Wijewickrama resigned from the committee stating that could not agree with certain decisions taken by the committee.
