A group of representatives of the visiting Chinese National Defence University delegation met the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence Kapila Waidyarate, PC at the Ministry yesterday (22nd Nov.).
The delegation, led by Major General Shi Zhongwu arrived in the country on a study tour on Tuesday (21st Nov.).
During the meeting, Secretary Waidyaratne and Major General Shi Zhongwu had a cordial discussion and also exchanged mementos to mark the occasion.
