‘Digital Transformation: The key to enhance customer Experience’
The Chartered Institute of Marketing Sri Lanka will be hosting its fourth Talking Point Programme for this year under the theme ‘Digital Transformation: The key to enhance customer Experience’ on 28th June 2018 from 6.00 pm onwards at the Union Ballroom, Hilton Colombo Residences. It will be an interesting thought provoking session with a panel of experts. The programme will highlight how digital has found its way into all aspects of business, from strategy development, research to marketing, inevitably becoming an integral part of enhancing the business experience.
The speakers of the programme are Mr. Mahinda Herath, Group Chief Planning and Digital Officer, Sri Lanka Telecom PLC, Dulith Herath, founder and chairman of kapruka.com, Ms. Jayomi Lokuliyana, Co-Founder/CEO, zMessenger (Pvt) Ltd and Mr. Rajitha Dahanayake, Founder and CEO of e-MarketingEye.
Charaka Perera, Head of Membership Development at CIM Sri Lanka stated “The main objective of the CIM Talking Point series is to initiate productive discussions within the marketing community and to impart knowledge on trending themes, challenges and opportunities in the market. The timely topic will highlight the role of Digital transformation and its impact on enhancing products, marketing approach and end user experience. The Talking Point programmes are organized with the objective of highlighting emerging themes in marketing /business and to discuss best practices to support strategic decisions for the future.
