Residents of Madolsima in Badulla staged a protest this morning calling on authorities to provide compensation to the victims of the recent bus accident in the areas.
The protestors have also called on officials to provide a suitable bus to be put into service for the area.
A recent bus accident in Madolsima claimed the lives of 9 persons and injured 40 others.
