The teenager employed at MP Rishad Bathiudeen’s house has succumbed to her injuries while she was being treated at the National Hospital.
The youth was admitted on 03 July for burn injuries.
She was rushed to hospital after she was discovered with burn injuries at the residence by the Bathiudeen family.

A bottle of Kerosine oil and a lighter had been found during an investigation, the Police said.
Further investigations are underway to determine whether it was an accident or an attempted suicide.
The girl was employed at the MP’s residence 08 months ago when she was only 15 years and 11 months old.
