SLPP MP Charitha Herath says that he endorses what former minister Dullas Alahapperuma said about forming a national government collaboratively with all parties.
Dr. Charitha Herath says that the current government along with Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa should step down immediately.
Tweeting today, the MP also proposed 6 steps to manage the way forward, in which the first step is for the present government to step down.
He further said that an election must be held after 8 months, given that economic hardships will be managed to some extent by that time.
Yesterday(22), former minister Dullas Alahapperuma sent a letter to the President requesting for the Cabinet & Prime Minister to step down and form an All Party Government immediately.
